The Montgomery County Partnership for Children (MCPC) is a private, nonprofit organization that funds early care and education, health, and family support programs in Montgomery County.

MCPC administers the North Carolina Smart Start and More at Four (Pre-K) early childhood initiatives for the county, while also raising and leveraging private gifts and grants to ensure that all children, ages birth through five, have the resources and the opportunities necessary for them to enter school healthy and ready to succeed. 

MCPC's services include an on-site Child Care Resource and Referral CCR&R) program, Child Care Central, to help develop high quality child care options in the county and help connect parents to the information and services they need.
